Fully nested DXF cut files to build a stout front winch bumper for your Superduty Ford.
-WHAT’S INCLUDED: Fully nested .dxf files for each thickness of material, drawings for formed parts (form by hand), and a set of instructions.
-WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED: A physical bumper, or bumper kit, you will physically receive nothing this is only a download of cad files, drawings, and instructions.
-Bumper designed to be CNC cut and is tabbed for easy bending and setup
-Designed around harbor freight 12k winch (solenoids need relocated- bracket included in dxf)
-Very tight design for a winch bumper, doesn’t look like a pouty lip
-Uses 24″x48″ piece of 1/4″, 48″x72″ piece of 10ga (or 3/16), 4″x12″ piece of 1″ plate (or twice that much 1/2 plate for shackle mounts), and a small piece of 14ga for the light buckets
-Please refrain from sharing files. Build as many as you like, but please don’t share or sell my cut files.
-Tabs are optimized for CNC plasma cutting, if laser cut fit may be slightly loose.
