COMPACT DESIGN- The tightest package possible without cutting frame rails and still fits a Harbor Freight APEX 12,000lb winch! ****In order to tuck as tight as possible this bumper design WILL REQUIRE relocation of vacuum pump and stock bracket removal.

LIGHTS FOR DAYS- Designed around the bright and affordable Auxbeam 5d Pro LED light bar. fully nested and individual DXF files included WITH and WITHOUT light bar pocket so you can build exactly what you want.

SHACKLE UP- With recovery points friendly to both soft and hard shackles, you’re covered whether you’re into the gentle art of soft shackling or the hardcore vibes of metal.

EASY DIY DESIGN – No need for an entire shop’s worth of tools. If you can weld and use a grinder, you can make this bumper. Slotted bend lines allow for forming by hand. Simply order parts from any local or online laser cutting service or burn them on your own plasma table or waterjet table- bend, weld, grind, and paint!

-WHAT’S INCLUDED: Fully nested .dxf files for each thickness of material, drawings for formed parts (form by hand), and a set of instructions.
-WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED: A physical bumper, or bumper kit, you will physically receive nothing this is only a download of cad files, drawings, and instructions.
-Bumper designed to be CNC cut and is tabbed for easy bending and setup
-Designed around harbor freight Apex 12k winch
-Uses 27″x60″ piece of 10ga”, 13″x48″ piece of 1/4″, and 5″x13″ piece of 1/2″ plate
-Please refrain from sharing files. Build as many as you like, but please don’t share or sell my cut files.
-Tabs and holes are optimized for CNC plasma cutting, if laser cut fit may be slightly loose.
