Hummer Portal CAD File, Geared Hub Complete assembly

This CAD Assembly includes representation for all gears, bearings, spacers, input and output shafts and hardware.  All components are represented as individual solid bodies.

This cad model has been reverse engineered from an A1 10.3K gear hub.  External geometry, and all interface geometry, including Kingpin pivot axis have been verified.

Input CV and Input spur gear are representative of a 12.1K input gear, having 32splines rather than the 27 splines of the 10.3K gear hub.

Some casting geometry, specifically internal cavity geometry is not representative, spline geometry and gear geometry is graphically representative, but not suitable for manufacturing.  This cad model license is provided with the intent for mock-up or attachment interface design work only, and should not be used for casting reproduction.
