6×6 Post Base Mount Bracket DXF Cut File

The perfect fix for post beam repair or new construction.  Similar commercial structural brackets at a fraction of the cost.  These Brackets include a primary post attachment, as well as a shim plate which fits inside the bracket to space the post away from the bracket radius, and provide additional strength for bending load reaction.

Digital data set, DXF cut file for bending load capable post beam bracket.  Overall height of beam bracket is 13″ (12.5″ from base of post to top of bracket)  Intended for 1/4″ plate construction, but will work equally well with thicknesses down to 10ga or up to 5/16.  Thickness variation may require offset for kerf.

Several bracket sizes are included 5.5″, 5.625″, 5.75″, 5.875″, and 6.0″ internal bracket width to accommodate various rough sawn, and finished dimension 6×6 posts.

Bracket strap measures 5.0″ wide so it will not overhang or interfere with framing adjacent to the post, and all structural screw attachments are carefully offset to prevent collision during installation.

Brackets are Sized for LedgerLOK structural screws (recommended) or will accept 1/4″ or 5/16″ lag bolt hardware.  NO post drilling for large lag bolts needed!
