Refund Policy for Digital Assets
At GrabFab, we are committed to providing high-quality digital assets. Our refund policy is designed to ensure fairness for both our customers and our business. Please read through this policy carefully:
1. General Refund Policy:
- No Refunds for Change of Mind: Due to the nature of digital goods, we generally do not offer refunds for purchases based on a change of mind once the digital asset has been delivered.
- Eligibility for Refunds:
- Error or Defect: If there is an error in the digital asset that prevents its use as described, you may be eligible for a refund. Such errors must be reported to us within 14 days of purchase.
- Non-Delivery: If you do not receive the digital asset due to issues on our end, such as download failure caused by our servers, you are entitled to a refund or a re-delivery attempt all license access to digital content you have purchased will be available through your account for as long as your account is active.
2. Procedure for Requesting a Refund:
- Contact Us: To initiate a refund request, contact the individual vendor whom you have purchased your digital asset license from with. If contact with the selling vendor is unsuccessful, please contact GrabFab support at customersupport@grabfab.com with the following information:
- Your purchase details (order number, date of purchase).
- Vendor whom you purchased the part from.
- A detailed description of the issue (error, defect, or failure to deliver).
- Screenshots or evidence of the problem if applicable.
- Assessment: We will assess your claim. If we confirm there was an error or failure to deliver on our part, we will:
- Rectify the issue by providing a corrected version of the digital asset, if possible.
- Or, if rectification is not possible or you prefer, process a refund.
- If we verify that the digital asset delivery was successful, and the asset is without error, no refund will be authorized.
3. Refund Negotiation for Non-Usable Assets:
- Failure to Deliver Usable Asset: If you find that the asset delivered is not usable for the purpose for which it was purchased, you may negotiate for a refund. This includes situations where:
- The asset does not function as described in our product listing.
- There are significant defects that affect the asset’s usability beyond minor issues.
- Negotiation Process:
- Upon receiving your claim, we will engage in a negotiation process where we might offer:
- A repair or correction of the asset.
- A partial refund if only part of the asset is affected.
- A full refund if the asset cannot be made usable or if we agree that the failure significantly impacts its value.

4. Final Decision:
- Our team will make every effort to resolve issues to your satisfaction. However, the final decision on refunds lies with GrabFab, considering both the customer’s and the Intellectual property owner’s feedback and the nature of the digital asset’s issues.
5. Refund Processing:
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed using the original method of payment within 10 business days of the approval decision.
